1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, submitting project briefs, or enrolling in our design and development services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SYNTROBIT is a premium web design and development agency. We provide clients with custom web design, front-end engineering, UX architecture, and digital strategy. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of any project will be defined in individual client agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, prompt feedback, and necessary brand assets, text content, or system credentials required for service delivery. Delays caused by client-side dependencies may affect project timelines and milestone delivery.

4. Payment & Project Flow

Payment terms will be outlined in individual proposals and contract agreements. For custom design and engineering services, payments are structured according to milestones. All deposits and milestone payments are final and non-refundable once design or coding work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom code, visual designs, and digital assets created by SYNTROBIT become the Client's property only upon full payment of all outstanding invoices. SYNTROBIT retains the right to display the completed project in our public portfolio and case studies, unless a specific non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, project parameters, and business secrets shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNTROBIT and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, or technical issues on third-party hosting infrastructure. Our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
